Alexandru is a freelance journalist collaborating with STUDENTV, StudentLifestyle and CampusTV, media outlets operating under the G.C.R.S. Media Network. For more than three years, he has been producing commissioned journalistic work – from editorial articles and research-based stories to scripts for shows, podcasts, live Q&A formats and educational media campaigns.
He is passionate about science, especially genetic engineering and bioinformatics, and has experience in composing research-based scientific articles and PR materials. In his work for G.C.R.S., Alexandru combines his scientific background with journalistic storytelling to explain complex topics, build evidence-based narratives and document the situation of Romanian students in Europe.
Within the G.C.R.S. Media Network, all collaborators are both active students and registered freelance journalists in the country where they study. Alexandru fulfils both conditions, working as a student and freelancer in the Netherlands while producing media content for Romanian and international audiences.
