Live Streaming – Complete Strategy

Live Streaming – Complete Strategy

Proposed theme:
"Dorm life – untold stories of students"

Description:
An interactive, informal live full of humor (and real drama) about what dorm life truly means – strange roommates, survival food, questionable rules, and unforgettable stories.

Proposed structure for the Live (~30–45 min):

1. INTRO (5 min)

• Host introduction + topic:
"Hello! Today we’re talking about dorm life – what you don’t see on Instagram and what nobody tells you during admissions."

• Encouragement for live comments:
"Write in the chat if you are or have ever been in a dorm!"

2. STORIES (15–20 min)

Subtopics told with humor:

• First contact with roommates
• How long an unwashed pan lasts
• The fight for outlets and hot water
• Dorm food: canned food, pasta, and creativity

At the same time: read comments and encourage people to share:

"Tell us the strangest thing that happened to you in the dorm!"

3. Q&A with the audience (10–15 min)

You can answer comments live or prepare a few backup questions:

"Let’s see what questions you have or what stories you’ll reveal!"

4. CLOSING + CTA (5 min)

"Dorm life is a mix of chaos, adaptation, and the best memories. If you want to be a guest in a future episode or want us to tell your story LIVE, message us!"

Final CTA on screen:
"Do you want to join the next Live? Message us!"

Potential audience questions (or backups):

How hard was it to adapt during your first weeks in the dorm?

What’s the most chaotic moment you experienced with roommates?

How do you handle different schedules or lifestyles with others?

Did you have conflicts? How did you solve them?

What food did you invent to survive?

What’s the strangest object you ever found in your room?

Do you have any “dorm habits” you kept?

How creative are your solutions when “nothing works”?

If you could change one thing about dorm life, what would it be?

What advice would you give a student who is about to move into a dorm?

Interactivity ideas:

• Chat poll: "Have you ever lived in a dorm?" – YES / NO
• Emoji challenge removed
• Challenge: "Write a dorm story in 5 words!"
• Active DM CTA: "Send us your untold story so we can read it in the next Live!"
